About

Devansh designs GenAI training that people can actually use at work to help with their daily tasks. Most recently he led the team at Skillsoft building AI programs for enterprise learners, including tool-level courses and role-specific programs like AI for Lawyers and AI for Developers.

Before that he spent nine years in learning and development, first as an instructional designer in K-12 education and then in corporate L&D, where he built certification programs for client-facing teams and ran upskilling for internal teams.
