Cleershot (GSTIN 29BGYPK1514J1ZW) provides Clear Voice Club and is responsible for the participant information described in this notice.
When you request a quote or book a seat, we collect the name, email address, phone number, role, company, optional GSTIN, billing address, and coupon code that you submit. Razorpay separately processes payment details; Clearthought Academy does not receive or store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials.
We use booking information to create and verify your payment, send joining instructions and programme materials, provide a GST invoice, respond to support requests, and administer the cohort. We use the coupon code only to calculate the displayed programme price.
We share the minimum information needed with Razorpay to create and reconcile your payment. We may share participant details with programme mentors and service providers who help deliver the cohort. We do not sell participant information.
We retain booking and payment records for 5 years for business, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information that is not required for those purposes, contact nimit@clearthought.academy.
Razorpay’s own terms and privacy notice apply to its payment processing. The Clear Voice Club page also loads Google Fonts and the Razorpay checkout script, which may receive technical information required to provide those services.
